You. All. Are. Awesome! Thanks to your generosity, we’ve reached $700,000 raised this year for Child’s Play Charity! WOOOOOOW!

(And, not that anyone’s tracking, but that also makes Desert Bus for Hope 2018 a record year, breaking our previous yearly record of $695,242 at Desert Bus 10.)

We’re still bussing along, so for now we’ll say THANK YOU and get back to driving!

dbbWe have made it to our very last Donation Drive of Desert Bus for Hope 2018. And we’ve saved a really awesome item for last… one of the very very few Desert Bus 2017 Hardcover Photo Books! We auctioned one away early on during the run, so if you missed it, now’s your last chance to pick up one of these unique hardcover copies. (MySpace the cat not included.)

It may be Desert Bus 2018 now, but we still like to look back and reflect on past Desert Busses from time to time, mixing them together in a haze of fatigue-riddled memory. Here, though, is a way to visually remind yourself of what things happened at Desert Bus 2017. You’ll have a handy memory-jogger and a very limited edition piece of DB2017 history with this amazing professionally printed, hardcover photo book! You can re-visit the all the experiences, surprises, and of course dancing again and again in full color glory from the comfort of your couch. There will only be FOUR hardcovers of this ever book printed! 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 will be available at Desert Bus, signed by as many DB people as possible, the 3rd is Andrew Ferguson and the 4th is Kolin Toney’s personal treasures. Win this auction and make this rare copy YOUR personal treasure!

Donate $8.42 (or multiples thereof) for a chance to win the LAST donation drive giveaway of Desert Bus for Hope 2018! We’ll run this donation drive until 8:50pm PST.

(And, if you want to pick up a just-as-cool softcover copy of the 2017 DBFH Photo Book, check out They’ll only be available until the end of the run.)

Earlier in Kate and Paul’s shift, we challenged the community to create an artistic interpretation of their favorite Desert Bus for Hope 2018 memory. Congratulations to Liliturra for submitting the winning entry!

Thanks to everyone that submitted their creations to this challenge! There’s so many entries that we couldn’t include them all, but here are a few additional selects from your submissions:
