  1. Dear Grant, I was wondering if you ever fear that your time on Mythbusters might over shadow any of your past or future achievements, or do you see the show as another opportunity to display your craft?

    I have an additional question:
As one of the official opperators of R2-D2, do you
1: know if you’ll be involved in the forthcoming episode 7, or is that not your realm of work anymore?
    -AND-
2 Did you want the R2-D2 plush that was given away yesterday on Desert Bus?

  2. Dear Grant,

You are famously popular for the fact that you are not only amazing in your work and a great personality, but also a true fandom nerd like the rest of us. I love the pictures all over Tumblr of your cosplays.

    My questions are these:

    1) What fandoms are you WAY TOO emotionally dedicated to?
    2) What is your guilty nerdy pleasure?

  6. Dear Grant,

I am a huge fan of yours, as a fellow roboticist I have nothing but the utmost of respect for you and your abilities. I also believe that you have made a great addition to the mythbuster crew over the years.

    My questions are thus:

    1) How did you start in robotics and engineering, and when did you decide that it was the field you wanted to pursue?
    2) What advice do you have for aspiring robotics students?
    3) What do you think the field of robotics will develop into and how do you think it will change society?

  8. Dear Dr Imahara,

Graham said yes but my wife said he is too Canadian, I asked Kris Stroub and he said yes but my wife said too much beard, Mike Robles accepted my proposal but my wife shot him down “still too beardy.”

You are clean shaven, so I am down on one knee. If my wife approves, will you convince Damnit Liz to Marry me?

  9. Dear Dr Grant,
I know you get a ton of responses about how you screwed up X myth. Is there any myth that has been tested that you haven’t gotten anything negative a back?

What myth has surprised you the most?

What show would you like to guest in?

Thank you very much for your time and helping to show the science is fun.
