They’re an independent studio responsible for Deathspank and Penny-Arcade Adventures: On the Rainslick Precipice of Darkness, the game with the most incomprehensible acronym (PAA:OtRPoD) since RBION!TROML (One point goes to whoever knows what game has that acronym).
