I recently had my account hacked, and had to wait for six weeks before my account was returned to me. It wasn’t the best experience ever, but I appreciate the level of effort that goes into exploring account intrusions. However, I feel that the process is long, painful, and difficult to sit through, as the victim of such a thing.
Is there anything in the pipes to make the process less arduous for the authentic end user?

This is probably something I could look up myself, but out of sheer laziness: What is the demographic of people on Xbox Live, particularly on Halo? How many 12 year olds are there really?
Because i have a bank of incriminating screen shots from CoD:W@W and Uno (no, not really)
on the uno, i do have screenies of W@W
So why isn’t there some sort of community outreach squad to help you guys
