During Desert Bus, your cat is your co-pilot. They sit next to you, they sit on top of you, and they sit flat on your keyboard while you're trying to type in chat. The least you can do to reward all their extremely hard work is try to get them this cozy cat bed (and hope they'll sleep inside it instead of on your overheated laptop/tower).
Donate $6.17 (or multiples thereof) before 8:15pm PT for a chance to win the Desert Bus Shift Banner Cat Cube!

It's no surprise that many of us here at Desert Bus love Magic the Gathering. Not only that, but so many of you out there also seem to, so if you're one of those MtG lovers amongst us, you'll want to get ready for this amazing giveaway!

Second we have Needle Felted Discworld Model

"See...
Great A'Tuin the turtle comes, swimming slowly through the interstellar gulf, hydrogen frost on his ponderous limbs, his huge and ancient shell pocked with meteor craters... In a brain bigger than a city, with geological slowness, He thinks only of the weight.
Most of the weight is of course accounted for by Berilia, Tubul, Great T'Phon, and Jarakeen, the four giant elephants upon whose broad and star-tanned shoulders the Disc of the World rests, garlanded by the long waterfall at its vast circumference..." -Terry Pratchett, The Color of Magic
This Discworld model is needle felted, which means that it is principally made of colored wool, stabbed with a barbed needle until it sits where it's supposed to. Inside both the Great A'Tuin and the Disc are foam discs for structure, and wooden dowels help the elephants support the weight. A'Tuin's ponderous limbs (and head) also contain armature wires for support, and some limited posability. The elephants' tusks are made with air-dry polymer clay. A'Tuin measures 19 inches (48cm) beak to tail, with a 22 inch (56cm) wingspan. Cori Celesti, the great mountain on the hub, rises 10 inches (25cm) above A'Tuin's belly.
