A perennial Desert Bus favourite, Legacy Books Press has returned with a collection of wonderful books.
Garwulf's Corner, Odyssey into Video Games, and Odyssey 2 collect author Robert B. Marks's various writings and articles on video games and pop culture into three volumes.
This prize also includes a special treat: an advanced copy of Robert's next book, The Fairy Godmother's Tale, which is due out in March 2025. This book tells classic fairy tales through the eyes of the fairy godmother trying to make them happen.
The last book in this lot delves into Legacy Books Press's collection of history books with The Great War As I Saw It, but Canon Frederick George Scott. Scott served as a chaplain in the Canadian Corps through the whole of WWI and this memoir is his eye witness account of the Great War and the Canadian's who fought in it.
