As of 6:35am PST, the Desert Bus for Hope stopped!!! THANK GOD!

In the end we ended up raising $22,805. Nothing in this world could have prepared us for this kind of support. Thank you everyone for the words of encouragement, the donations, the food, and thanks to all that stayed up countless hours to keep us entertained in the chat. This would have not been possible if it wasn’t for you guys.

Also just a huge thanks to everyone out there that was kind enough to throw us a link, give us a radio/tv interviews and just for telling a friend. And on top of all these people a huge thanks needs to go out to Penn and Teller. It is safe to say that your support kept us going at 3:30 in the morning, knowing a phone call could be a matter of hours away from you guys was always a HUGE moral boost. Thanks so much for the support and the food. You guys are fantastic.

We are looking into maybe doing a quick live video re-cap of the event on Thursday night, more information to follow.

James here guys. I haven’t been the one to update since i think the 1000.00 dollar mark, which now seems like months ago I cannot begin to say how much this means to all of us. When i first started to think last year about getting the guys together and raising some money for Child’s Play, I was thinking a couple hundred bucks would be awesome. And now here we are almost a year later, and we have raised 21,000 dollars. You guys are pretty much the best group of people in the world. Thanks for your support and keep staying up with us for as long as you can.

In other astounding news: $17,000 everybody!

We have now hit the 16K mark… which worries me because I think it means that the upper conceivable limit of 20,000 is an actual possibility.
If nothing else, we have a great graphic if it happens.

Bill has crashed again. While reading the chat he became distracted and ran himself into the side of the road. Way to ruin it for us all Bill. Everyone in the chat is very disappointed with you.

To punish Bill for his lack of attention to the road, please donate to ensure he will have to drive an 8th shift.

Well during the night shift we surpassed 15,000 and then some. We are now required to go into our 103rd hour. You guys either really like helping children, or really like making us play this terrible game. Graphics are to follow. Mind you, at this rate we will most likely go past 16,000 before we have a freakin’ chance to get them up. The end has never been so close (18 hours) but i suppose that could change 😐
