Take This is a non-profit charity that seeks to inform people about mental health issues, provide education about mental disorders and mental illness prevention and reduce the stigma of mental health. Since 2013, Take This has been helping those who suffer by letting them know they are not alone, providing information and treatment options and letting them know how to find help.
