Call for Submissions: Cheevo Icons!

UPDATED 2014-10-27: We’ve crossed off the achievement icons that we have received submissions for. You can still submit for any cheevo; we won’t make any decisions until after the deadline, but we thought we’d let you know what which ones still need submissions. Thanks for all your awesome artwork! Keep ’em coming!

Help create our achievement icons!

Much like last year, we want your help in creating our achievement icons. The ones from last year looked so great that we decided to keep the same format: plain white on the blue gradient background. If you feel the urge to throw in an accent colour, go for it. Below you will see the template background:

Mystery Cheevos – For these you neither get the name nor the description, but we’d still love your creativity in making a mystery cheevo, surprise cheevo, or other fun icon for these little gems.
To submit an icon, email your illustration to [email protected] by midnight on Sunday, November 2nd with the name of the cheevo in the subject line. Please submit only one icon per email. Multiple submissions are welcome. We will release the achievement icons in all their glory on the the website on Saturday, November 8th.
Please ensure that all submissions are in .png format and at the full 640px by 640px size.
Have fun! We can’t wait to see what you come up with!

Help us out with some Cheevo icons

If you have an eye for icons, this might be the challenge for you. We need some Achievement icons for the following Cheevos, and we’d like you to help us out. The best designs for each one will go up on the Desert Bus Achievements page for all to see and enjoy.

Call for Achievement Graphics

Greetings Desert Bus fans and viewers!
Graham here, and I need your help! Specifically, with this year’s achievement graphics. Previously, we’ve crowdsourced a number of these graphics during the run itself, but this year—for a variety of reasons—we want to actually have them all ready ahead of time. Shocking, I know.
Below you will find this year’s achievement graphic template. I know it doesn’t look like much now, but that’s what we need you for. This year’s style is plain white on the blue background, but if you feel like throwing a little accent colour in there, have some fun with it!

It’s pretty straightforward, all you have to do is: Take a look at the achievements page, pick the cheevo (or cheevos) you’d like to illustrate, and then send your submission in .png format to [email protected] by midnight on Wednesday, November 13th. I’ll be looking at them all prior to the run, and picking my favourite to go on the page.
I can’t wait to see what you come up with!
