  1. 60k? I went to bed at 8 Pacific, and it was almost 53k. How did you guys nail 8 thousand in such a short time?

  4. These are great exercises for strength training. You do have 2 free meals each week to eat evening non diet things, so you can indulge yourself quite a bit.
