Hey Everyone,
Just a quick note to let you know that the Desert Bus for Hope marathon will definitly be returning in 2008! We are still getting the details worked out, but trust me when I say that this year’s event is going to be bigger and better then ever before. And if you took part last year, either by donating or just cheering us on via our live feed, you know that that is a pretty tall order.
Stay tuned as we will hopefully have more details soon!
Hopefully, we may see James get either a chance to break his record of Longest time played, or he gets a bye for this year and we make Morgan do 8 hour shifts.
But anyway, I can’t wait, I’ll be watching the whole time.

I just updated the Wikipedia article on Desert Bus. By the time this is over, they’ll be screaming over there to remove/condense/move the information, giving us enough momentum for our own article.
Our wiki is better though.

I’ll definitely try to come and support you guys at some point in person this time. I said I was going to last year, and ended up not being able to. But this time, I’ll make sure I can sometime.

I just saw the announcement that you guys are doing it again-I really could not be happier right now. The almost innumerable hours I spent with you guys in that chat and watching you playing the game was some of the most fun I can remember having on the internet, and I can’t wait to do it again. I promise, i’ll be there.

Ahhh, I can’t wait! I’m super excited. I looked at the calendar this morning and went “November… November… Desert Bus is in November!” I’m so glad I haven’t missed anything yet. I had a ton of fun in the chat and watching you all last year and I look forward to the same this year!
And I should be able to donate some this year, even. :]

I have to agree with whomever said watching the Desert Bus marathon and participating in the chat was as much fun as I’ve ever had on the internet. I plan to at least double my donation this year - if not much more. I’m assuming it’s still going to Child’s Play, right? I hope so!

Last year was the first time I donated to Child’s Play, and it was due to you guys and Desert Bus. I plan on doing the same thing again this year (and again, most likely wouldn’t if there were no sick, sadistic sense of satisfaction from contributing to your virtual misery).
